The brand decides which parts fail and how the controls report it, but the visit works the same way for all of them. The $79 service call covers the diagnosis and is applied to the repair. You get a written price for parts and labor before any work starts, and it does not change. Common parts are on the van; brand-specific parts come from distributors or the manufacturer, usually within a few business days, and we tell you the lead time before you decide. The repair carries a warranty on parts and labor, and a return visit for the same fault within 90 days has no service-call fee.
We are an independent service, not affiliated with any of these manufacturers. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's own warranty, call them first. Once it is out of warranty, or when the factory network cannot come soon enough, we can help.
